At The Rug Stack, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized rugs and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Rugs purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or discounted rates are not eligible for returns.
- Items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer are not accepted.
3. Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at therugstack@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item showing its condition, especially in case of defects or damages
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product delivery, The Rug Stack will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality assurance team.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to therugstack@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
8. Return Address
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
